Profile and Principles

Responsible corporate behavior has been an integral part of Heraeus corporate culture for many decades. In 2006, we articulated this long-term engagement in a strategic document on corporate responsibility. Together with employees from different business segments and the management, we held workshops on corporate responsibility and discussed new approaches.

We pay particular attention to fulfilling our responsibility in the areas of human welfare, health, occupational safety, innovation and lifelong learning, as well as social involvement on the part of our employees.

Human Welfare
